Born in Irland and raised in Norway, Victoria Sogn graduated from Follo Folkehogskole for dance in Vestby, Norway. She then studied at Laban Centre for Movement and Dance in London, where she received the Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors.
Victoria dances for Gunnhild Bjørnsgaard and for the French and Norwegian company B.Valiente.
Dopo aver lavorato con la compagnia Silvie Deluz, Montpellier, Francia, touring Europe and the United States, she moved to Italy, where the meeting with Elisa Barucchieri quickly led to the creation of ResExtensa.
In 2002 she was selected for Accademia Isola Danza, La Biennale di Venezia, being chosen also to represent the academy in Italy and abroad.
Travelling among Italy, France, Norway, Victoria has been guest of the companies Systéme Castafiore, Grasse, and Silvie Deluz in France, and has collaborated with Ella Fiskum in Oslo.
She is guest teacher at Follo Folkehogskole, and is gold level certified teacher for the Federazione Italiana Danza.
In 2003 she was the winner of the prestigious Dance Web scholarship, for Impuls Tanz, Vienna, Austria.
